Through my hands-on cake decorating classes and baking masterclasses, I help fellow baking enthusiasts develop their confidence, learn professional techniques and create beautiful bakes of their own.

Whether you're a complete beginner, an enthusiastic home baker or someone looking to take their cake decorating skills to the next level, my classes are designed to be welcoming, informative and, above all, enjoyable.

Expect plenty of practical guidance, a relaxed atmosphere and perhaps a little flour-covered laughter along the way!

Come back soon to find out more details on 2027 classes.
