Welcome to Appleyard Bakery’s corner of the internet!

I’d love to get to know you more, so allow me to introduce the brains behind the sprinkles (talking about the cakes here of course!)

I’m Charlotte and I have been addicted to baking cakes since I was in primary school, never missing an excuse to whip up something for friends or family. 

 

It is this passion that then inspired me to qualify with a Culinary Diploma specialising in patisserie & confectionery (which are just posh words for all things sweet), leading me to an incredible opportunity to work as the Afternoon Tea Chef for the Connaught Hotel - a dream job as you can imagine for someone with a love for cakes! 

 

After a few years away being ‘an adult’ though, I felt myself drawn back into the sprinkle covered world of baking. In this time away though I found my own style and perfected the recipes which I now proudly share with you through Appleyard Bakery.

 

I help busy people live out their baking dreams with bespoke orders & sweet treat deliveries at an affordable price. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just want to throw some sprinkles on your next get together, I’m certain I have what you’re looking for. 

Some days you’ll want to indulge & take a bite out something that ‘almost’ looks to good to eat, other days you might want to throw your hat in the ring & do a bit of BIY (bake it yourself) - but without the faff and fuss of measuring things or finding a good recipe.
